1) How long is the shipment time? 

We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days, you will be sent a tracking code to your email when the order has been shipped. Please refer to the table below for an estimated delivery time.

2) Cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as you have not received an email confirming that your order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@sionco.com with your order details. 

 

3) Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products sold, including general returns or returns due to sizing issues. If your product arrives damaged, please email us at contact@sionco.com within 14 days of delivery, including a photograph of the damage and a brief description. Upon review, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.

  • PayPal Refunds: Refunds processed via PayPal will be reflected in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Refunds processed via credit or debit card will appear in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5) Why was my order cancelled?

In rare cases, orders may be canceled due to unexpectedly high shipping costs or restrictions in unsupported regions. We strive to keep low shipping costs for all customers, and cancellations are only made when absolutely necessary. If your order is affected, we sincerely apologize and appreciate your understanding.
